Is the visit free?

Yes, within Sydney Metro only. Outside metro areas a call-out fee applies.

Are you a plumber or builder?

No. We supply bathroomware and provide product-selection guidance only.

Will you tell my plumber where to run pipes?

We can note existing points and product requirements (e.g., outlet heights from manufacturer specs). Your licensed plumber decides installation locations to code.

Do you install?

We don’t install, but we can recommend licensed trades and share product specs with them.
